So instead of resolving that I will lose 10 lbs (very unlikely), I'm going to make some culinary/cooking resolutions that will probably last a few months, tops:
1) Host a dinner party at least once every month
2) Learn to not be afraid of knives
3) Order take-out less, cook new foods more
4) Pretend to not have a crush on Rocco DiSpirito anymore
I'll keep you guys posted on my unrealistic goals.
